Anyone else out there plan their day around what they want to eat that day? I wake up and immediately start thinking about food. It starts with breakfast for the kids, figuring out who needs a packed lunch and who has hot lunch, what I’m having for lunch, and then my favorite meal of the day, dinner! It’s kind of like I aim to productively kill time between meals.
This week is filled with delicious recipes. I am super excited about the Pasta with Tomatoes, Sesame Salmon with Soy Maple Glaze, Sticky Sesame Chicken Wings, and Pasta-less Zucchini Lasagne. The Lasagne isn’t layered with pasta. Instead, it’s layered with my favorite summer vegetable: zucchini!
