Monday
Sesame Salmon with a swoon worthy sauce of soy sauce and maple syrup. The sauce is simple enough but really takes this fish to the next level. Serve with rice, a green salad, and Sesame Asparagus.

I love salad that is really a hearty meal! This Mediterranean Chicken salad is the perfect dinner for my family. I add potatoes or rice for the kids and everyone is happy.

In short, Pasta with Sausage, Peas and Mushrooms is always a good idea! I love the flavor of the sausage, the earthy mushrooms, and the sweetness of the peas. This is a perfect example of my motto: restaurant quality food on a tight weeknight schedule. Your welcome.

My Asian Marinated Steak is always a huge hit. The meat absorbs all of those wonderful flavors and is succulent and delicious. I love this with rice and a simple salad. If you really want to show your love, make my easy homemade Potstickers for a winner of a dinner.
