Giada De Laurentiis and Ina Garten may be celebrity chefs, but aside from my mom, they were my first teachers in the kitchen. After I had Jake, The Food Network was on constantly in my house. For my husband, it may have been white noise, but for me, it was my classroom. When Ina and Giada were on, I was completely focused and watched everything they did. I became obsessed with cooking through their work. They made the idea of making beautiful food possible for me.
This week’s recipes are some of my favorite dinners. Check out my step by step instructions for easy Potstickers, a weeknight Turkey Bolognese, Giada’s amazing Cioppino, and Ina Garten’s Parmesan Chicken. Your entire family will love these dinners!
Enjoy!

This Chicken Parmesan is one of Ina Garten’s most popular recipes. After your first bite of this lightly breaded chicken with a bit of parmesan cheese, you will know why! Served with a crisp, lemony salad and you have a winner of a dinner.
