After 10 days of different viruses traveling through my house, we are finally healthy. This quick Chicken Noodle Soup from Natasha’s Kitchen has been a lifesaver. With every new virus, cough, and cold, it was on repeat here over the last few weeks. It’s been a great “go to” soup for me and my family loves it. You don’t need to be sick to enjoy a comforting bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup.
Get ready for a great week of meals! In addition to the Chicken Noodle Soup, here’s what you have to look forward to: a beautiful Sausage Lasagna from Once Upon A Chef, a flavorful breaded shrimp from Ina Garten, and a delicious Chicken with Mushroom Sauce from the New York Times. Have a great week of meals and let me know how it goes.
Enjoy!

My hope for you this Monday is a night of light homework for the kids and a great football game on tv. Who wouldn’t want to cozy up on a Monday night with this soul satisfying Sausage Lasagne? Want to add something green? Try my Roasted Broccoli.

This flavorful Shrimp Scampi tastes like a restaurant worthy dish. Garlic, shallots, lemon, and wine make this dish sing. My family loves this dinner and insist on a great bread to soak up all of that awesome sauce.

My new favorite chicken noodle soup. I made this when my son came home from a school retreat with a cold. It was a snap to pull together and super delicious! I reduced the amount of veggies because someone around here (cough, Jake) doesn’t love them in soup like I do.

This is a great chicken recipe that feels extra special because of the mushroom sauce. Heads up: it’s not hard, just marinade the chicken in the morning. If you are around in the afternoon, coat and bread chicken and then let sit in fridge until you are ready to cook. Squeeze in the mushroom sauce at some point and it’s a pretty awesome dinner.
