I don’t know if I am just really hungry or this is the best menu ever! Each night has something so off the charts fabulous I may have to double every recipe to make sure everyone has enough for seconds and lunch the next day.
Check out my picks for the best week in food for your family. I love how Ina Garten turns up the volume on a classic macaroni and cheese casserole by adding tomatoes and fresh bread crumbs. Don’t you just want to dig in right this very minute? I’m also super excited about Smitten Kitchen’s Chicken Gyro Salad, an Asian Salmon, and my favorite Pioneer Woman stir fry, Beef with Snow Peas.
Can’t wait to hear about your delicious week in food. Direct message your photos to me on Instagram @everykitchentellsastory. I love seeing what you make!
Enjoy!

Ina Garten incorporates two of my favorite things in her macaroni and cheese: tomatoes and bread crumbs! Tomatoes are pretty much my favorite food and I love the texture that the bread crumbs add to the casserole. A perfect dinner with a nice green salad!

Smitten Kitchen’s Chicken Gryo Salad is a perfect weeknight do-it-yourself situation! Put everything out for the family and let them go to town. If your kids don’t eat salad, add in some pitas, roasted baby potatoes, or rice for the kids.

My all time favorite recipe from Ree Drummond is her Beef with Snowpeas. This easy stir fry is a bases loaded home run with kids and adults. The Asian sauce is oh so good, the meat is tender, and the crunch from the snow peas is perfect. Serve with rice and my easy Homemade Potstickers.

I’m trying to incorporate more fish into our lives and am introducing new recipes to my family. Ina Garten’s Asian Grilled Salmon with flavors like mustard and soy is a flavorful weeknight wonder and perfect with Sesame Asparagus or Sesame Sugar Snap Peas and rice.
