Menu Planner Week of February 27

Check out these inspired takes on shrimp, ground turkey, chicken, and Italian sausage. Each dinner is drop dead delicious and turns an ordinary  weeknight meal into something really special. I always use ingredients that I know my family likes and change things up to keep things interesting. That means taking something as simple as ground turkey, something I know they will eat, and putting a special spin on it to expand their culinary horizons. I mean, how many dino-nuggets can one kid possibly eat? Okay, don’t answer that. 

Ina Garten’s classic Shrimp Scampi is always a hit. It’s perfect for a nice weeknight dinner or even a special occasion like a birthday, New Year’s Eve or even a Super Bowl food. My Stuffed Peppers with Turkey is easy to make and a satisfying dinner. Bon Appetite has a Sausage with Beans & Greens Pasta that is sure to delight, and finally, a lovely chicken with Asian flavors.
