Jake starts high school this week, and soon, Lily heads off to her last year of elementary school. There are a lot of changes happening in my family, but one thing that remains the same: family dinner. The hope is that even though it’s busy around here, dinner serves as that moment where we hit the pause button, sit down together, and share a meal.
This week I’m bringing everyone to the table for some pretty great dinners. Seasonal zucchini pasta, a Korean BBQ bowl, addictive sticky sesame wings, and an easy weeknight fish lead the line up this week. Everything is family friendly, delicious, and doable for a weeknight meal. Check out the menus, make a shopping list, and get cooking!
Enjoy!

Is there anything more seasonal than zucchini? I’m obsessed with zucchini and love finding new ways to use it. This great recipe combines zucchini, ricotta, and basil. What a perfect summer combination! Enjoy.

Barefoot Contessa never misses and this fish is proof. Her Sole Melenuire has my kids begging for seconds and me running back to the pan to make more. This is a lovely, delicious recipe that your family will love.
