Giada’s Chicken Piccata hits the spot. I love that its restaurant quality taste overshadows the fact that it’s a breeze to pull together. A perfect weeknight dinner.

My husband’s favorite dinner is my turkey stuffed peppers. I made this for him during a “no carb” kick. It’s so good that it’s now in regular rotation around here. Oh, and bonus: the leftovers make the best lunch.

Perfect meatballs, anyone? These are fantastic and pasta is the delivery system of choice for all of that beautiful sauce. Is it Thursday yet?
