Summer nights are all about family and friends. The days are longer, the weather is warmer, and the whole vibe is more relaxed. I am enjoying later bedtimes, lazy mornings, and days filled without a tight schedule. I love this time of year and am going to try and hold onto this summer magic for as long as possible.
This week’s menu is designed for you to enjoy summer nights without the stress of being tied up in the kitchen for hours. My menu is perfect for quick weeknight meals that are easy to get on the table and delicious enough for company. With meals like Turkey Burgers, Potstickers, and my Wedge Salad, I’m hoping for leftovers for amazing lunches the next day.
