This week’s meal plan includes a few of my favorite recipes from Giada De Laurentiis, Ottolenghi, The Pioneer Woman, and me! They are perfect for a weeknight family meal and even better for entertaining. Each one of these recipes could easily be increased to feed a crowd. There is a beautiful seafood stew, my favorite lentil salad, an easy turkey bolognese, and a pan full of delicious burritos. Just writing about this makes me want to dive into next week!

Giada De Laurentiis offers up the best Cioppino on the planet! This beautiful fish soup is loaded with fresh fish, mussels, clams, and shrimp! Don’t forget the bread to soak up all of that delicious liquid. You won’t want to miss a drop.

Put a twist on Taco Tuesday with Pioneer Woman’s Beef Burritos. Super easy make ahead dish and perfect for a weeknight meal. Make a big salad and a batch of Mexican Rice and dinner is served.

Ottolenghi’s Lentil Salad with Tomatoes and Gorgonzola is one of my favorites. I back off on the Gorgonzola because my family doesn’t care for cheese. Add a Roast Chicken and hope for leftovers. I promise you will want this for lunch the next day.

This Turkey Bolognese is the perfect weeknight dinner. It’s one of the rockstar meals in my culinary arsenal because it’s a big hit and no one has to know it’s the easiest thing ever! Add a green salad, a loaf of garlic bread, and dinner is served.
