This week of food is so delicious!
I’m not sure which night I am more excited about so we will have to eat our way through the week and regroup to discuss! I love quick weeknight meals that offer big time flavor. Every single one of these dinners is super easy to make and will make you look like a pro in the kitchen. This menu is all about knocking it out of the park with beautiful food that your family will love. Hopefully, you will have leftovers on hand for school lunches the next day but don’t be surprised if you don’t. My kids devour this meals!
If you are recovering from too much sugar from Easter or too much fun at Coachella, get ready for a fabulous week of food! Print your recipes and make your shopping list for Rigatoni with Sausage, Peas, and Mushrooms, a crunchy and addictive Chicken Taquito spread for Taco Tuesday, the magical Lentil Soup that got my kids hooked on lentils, and a marinated gorgeous lemony chicken from No Crumbs Left.
Enjoy!
