Cast Iron Skillet

One of the best things in my culinary arsenal is my cast iron skillet. Admittedly, I was a little afraid of it at first because I wasn’t sure how to use it. It’s heavier than my other pans and I wasn’t sure how to use it. Once I got the hang of my cast iron skillet, I fell in love. The heat is distributed perfectly throughout the pan, it’s easy to wash (no soap!), and food just tastes better.

I use my cast iron skillet for everything from breakfast eggs to beautiful steaks. Even my dessert game picked up with this wonder pan. For an Instagram worthy moment at the end of a lovely meal, use the pan to make a giant chocolate chip cookie served with a scoop of ice cream or wow the crowd with my insane S’mores Dip.
