My meal planners are designed to make your life easier. I rely on them to get organized for the week and feed my family beautiful dinners every night. Check out these recipes, make your shopping list, and prep as much as possible in advance. Your next week’s self will thank you.
I plan my menus by season, ingredients, and how busy the night looks. For example, this Thursday is a lot of driving and shuttling kids around town. Mini Frittatas are the perfect on-the-go dinner for my kids. It’s not ideal to have them eating on the go but it certainly beats hearing, “Please pull forward to the first window.”
I hope the menu planners expand your culinary horizons with inspiration that doesn’t feel too risky. Everything on this week’s menu is something your family has seen before: chicken, eggs, beef, and pasta. If kids recognize something, they are more willing to give it a try. I’m hoping your family enjoys my Perfect Roast Chicken, my favorite Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas, Mini Frittatas, and a Weeknight Bolognese.
Enjoy!
