The week of Thanksgiving used to mean that my refrigerator was full but there was nothing to eat. I had everything planned out for Thanksgiving dinner but neglected the fact that my family needed to eat in the days before Thanksgiving. After too many years of hungry kids running around, I got smart and planned awesome dinners that are easy to make. This week’s menu planner is all about keeping your dinner routine and your sanity during the busiest cooking week of the year.
Each dinner on my meal planner is totally delicious! I’ve included time saving tips with each recipe so that you can get dinner on the table without much effort. These dinners are so good no one will ever know you took a few short cuts!
I’ve got an epic Barbecue Pizza from Food Network, Pioneer Woman’s Beef Stir Fry, and Ina Garten’s Winter Minestrone will rock your dinner menu this week. Finally, an easy and delicious Pumpkin Bread for the big day will keep everyone happy until dinner.
Enjoy!
