Happy spring! I plan on spending the next few months indulging in the best this season has to offer: asparagus, artichokes, and peas! This menu is an introduction to the new season and I’m kicking it off with a beautiful spring risotto loaded with asparagus, peas, and leeks. Should be drop dead delicious, don’t you think?
I’m also serving up a Panko Crusted Salmon, Chicken Teriyaki, and Chicken Taquitos with tons of sides. Shouldn’t be hard to call my family to the table this week. They will come running for these amazing meals!
