I’m a huge fan of chili and I am loving White Chili this winter. Who wouldn’t want to come home to a big, simmering pot of white chicken chili? PRO TIP: set out bowls of toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, limes, and tortilla chips and let the kids top their bowls with the fixings. Break out the thermoses and send leftovers to school with the kiddos the next day.
