For parents, the last week of school before break is like a cross between Survivor and The Amazing Race. Holiday parties, parent/teacher conferences, and finals are pulling me in a million different directions. My to-do list is endless and I’m trying to squeeze everything in before school is out on Friday.
To keep things on track around here, I’m planning dinners, organizing my grocery list (there’s that list word again), and determined to have dinner ready when everyone walks in the door. I think the routine is as important to me as it is to my family.
Check out these ridiculously delicious dinners from a few of my favorite chefs. Gaby Dalkin’s brilliant Butternut Squash Pasta, Giada De Laurentiis’ TDF Manicotti Stuffed with Beef and Cheese, and Tyler Florence’s perfect Fish Tacos will keep us all happy and well fed.
Enjoy!
