My meal plan keeps me organized. I plan what I’m making for dinner, make my shopping list, and schedule my grocery store run. Before I started this routine, I was scrambling for dinner and ended up ordering in a lot. I try and get ahead of my week by getting as much done in advance so that I can spend time on my blog during the day and time with my kids in the afternoons. Even if most of that time is driving them around, it’s worth it!

This recipe is a great take on PF Chang’s Chicken in Lettuce Cups. My kids are crazy for Asian food and will be so excited to find this on the table for dinner. Serve with a side of sticky rice and potstickers for a perfect dinner.

I love a good chili recipe. Donna Hay gifts us with this Chili Meatballs recipe for a delicious combination of two of my great loves: chili & meatballs. Serve with a big green salad and cornbread for a winner of a dinner.

I roast a turkey breast every few weeks. I love this version by Ina Garten. It’s moist and loaded with flavor and a long time favorite of mine. For dinner, serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. I slice up thick slices of turkey leftovers for snacks, sandwiches and salads.

Carbonara is one of the most incredible pastas on the planet. It’s creamy and loaded with pancetta. I pretty much ate my way through Italy last summer and this pasta brings me back to those delicious days. Check out my take on one of my favorite pastas. Serve with a green salad or Roasted Broccoli for a lovely dinner.
