Ingredients
  • 10-12 slices bacon
Instructions
  1. Line plate with paper towels. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Cover sheet pan in tin foil.
  4. Place wire cooling rack on foil covered sheet pan.
  5. Arrange bacon in single layer on rack.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is brown and desired crispness is reached.
  7. Carefully remove pan from oven. There will be hot grease at bottom of pan.
  8. Transfer bacon to plate lined with paper towels.

*cooking time depends on the thickness of the bacon
