Roasted Bacon

Serves: 10-12 pieces bacon
- Line plate with paper towels. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cover sheet pan in tin foil.
- Place wire cooling rack on foil covered sheet pan.
- Arrange bacon in single layer on rack.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is brown and desired crispness is reached.
- Carefully remove pan from oven. There will be hot grease at bottom of pan.
- Transfer bacon to plate lined with paper towels.
*cooking time depends on the thickness of the bacon
