Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Drizzle enough oil over asparagus to lightly coat stalks.
  3. Season asparagus with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Spread asparagus in single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Roast about 15-18 minutes (depends thickness of stalks) until just tender.
