Serves: 1 cup seeds
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1-2 tsp. oil
  • kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Toss seeds with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread seeds in a single layer on half sheet pan.
  4. Roast seeds about 13 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove pan and and adjust seasoning if needed.
