Ingredients
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1½ cups Rice Krispies
  • 1½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • ½ miniature chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Line 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. Place miniature chocolate chips in a dish and place in freezer.
  3. Place white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave according to white chocolate chip package directions. Mix together until combined and smooth.
  4. Stir in Rice Krispies. Set aside until mixture cools to room temperature.
  5. Once room temperature, stir in miniature marshmallows.
  6. Stir in miniature chocolate chips.
  7. Place mixture into prepared pan. Press into even layer.
  8. Let set in refrigerator.
  9. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Store in airtight container or in refrigerator.
Notes
After adding Rice Krispies, allow mixture to cool completely so that mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips don't melt.
