Ingredients
  • 4 wild caught salmon fillets, skin removed (6 ounces each)
  • 1½ cup Roasted Sesame Seeds (more if needed)
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • Green Onion thinly sliced for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place roasted sesame seeds on plate. Coat all sides of fillets with sesame seeds. Place prepped fish in baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  2. For sauce, combine maple syrup and soy sauce in small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and lower heat to low simmer. Simmer until sauce reduced by half.
  3. To serve, place salmon fillet over rice. drizzle sauce over fish and garnish with green onion.
Notes
Roasted Sesame Seeds can be found in the Asian section of most grocery stores.
